Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations: Registration and cancellation deadline is Wednesday, May 2. If you register and don’t cancel by May 2, you will be required to pay. We give the caterer a count on Thursday morning and that is the number they prepare for and charge us for. Cindy and I pay this in advance out of our pocket based on that count, so if you say you are coming and don’t show up, we pay for no shows. Please respect that we shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s poor planning, so if you sign up, show up and pay. You can register or cancel anytime up to evening of Wednesday, May 2 without any penalty.

18th Annual Spring Rollout Party

Roll ‘em out, dust ‘em off, and gas ‘em up.  Its time to do some cruising with the MCV family.  It’s time for the Annual spring roll out party, scheduled for Saturday, May 5 and will as always, gets us off to a fun start to the Corvette driving season.  This event is one of the largest club gatherings of the year and offers new members a great chance to meet many of the club members in a casual, informal setting. 

We’ll start at a specified location (to be determined in the next couple weeks), take an approximately two hour drive through the beautiful backroads of Wisconsin, and end up back at our home for a catered BBQ.   We would love to have as many people attend as possible.  Please remember this is a long cruise with no planned stops, so make sure your tank is full and your bladder empty.  There will be a drivers meeting prior to departure and turn-by-turn instructions provided.

If you can only participate in the road tour, there is no cost for that.  The cost per person for the BBQ is $14.00 and the only accepted form of payment is a check. Please make checks out to Paul Dowding and mail them to 7901 Windermere Ct, Cross Plains, Wi  53528 no later than end of day, Tuesday, May 2 so we can give the caterer an accurate count. Please confirm registration by sending an email ( or calling 836-6322.  Please do not register through the website.  Whatever number we submit at this time is the number we have to pay for.  You can cancel any time up to that point and we will return your check, but there are no refunds after that date, even if you can’t or don’t show up.  You can participate in just the road tour, just the BBQ, or both. 

The caterer provides the food and condiments.  We provide the paper plates, silverware, napkins, bottles of water, and all the desserts.  YOU will need to bring your choice of beverage.  We have seating for about 35 so we recommend that you also bring a bag chair or some other sort of seating as we usually have between 60 and 70 people attend the BBQ.

Watch for another email in the next couple weeks where we will announce the gathering point.  So clear your calendar, make your reservations and get ready to drive in to spring in style.  Hope to see ALL of you on May 5.  Please address any questions via email to or call 608-836-6322.
