2019 Mad City Vettes Picnic and 20th Anniversary

All, at the June monthly meeting it was decided to go with JL Richards to provide the pig roast for our 2019 picnic and 20th club anniversary.  The date is August 20th  at Indian Lake Park, Hwy 19 near Cross Plains. 


The cost is $10 per person.  You can sign up and pay via the club website with your credit card or send a check made out to “Mad City Vettes” to Jim Miller at 5576 Rainbow Road, Waunakee, WI. 53597. 


We need to tell JL Richards how much food to bring, so please send your check or sign up on our website as soon as possible, but no later than August 13th.  Once we give them the final number of people attending, there will be no refunds. 


JL Richards will provide the following for our meal: roasted pig, homemade coleslaw, pasta salad, potato salad, beans, rolls, plates, napkins, condiments, bbq sauce and silverware.  We will ask for volunteers to bring desserts at the July club meeting.   


All you need to bring are your beverages and a good attitude!
